TECHNICAL FOAM APPLICATIONS

2. By raw material: There are a limited number of Raw Material producers in the foam production sector. As these raw materials are petroleum group products and their production methods require high chemical technology, they are supplied by a limited number of companies. Depending on the types of these raw materials, foams are produced with 2 main raw materials - POLYESTER and POLYETHER. With the development of POLYETHER technology, polyether sponges have gained a great price advantage compared to polyester foams and achieved a market advantage.
3. By Colour and Yellowing Resistance: Foams may be produced in many main colour groups based on special demands. However, as a standard, the productions colours are WHITE, ANTHRACITE and UV WHITE. The customer demands these colours in accordance with their needs. Especially the UV WHITE group delays and prevents the yellowing of the foam in case of prolonged exposure to sunlight and ambient light. In cases long-term self-preservation of the white colour is desired, especially in underwear, yellowing-resistant UV additive raw material is used in foam production.

5. CUTTING AND SHAPING THE FOAM
Using advanced cutting techniques such as roll, rotary arms, profile and CNC in its production, it can easily respond to special cutting requirements from customers, as well as different types of foams and unique forms. In roll foam cutting, 0.17 cm to 5 cm thickness may be obtained, and with the CNC cutting technique, form types of all kinds of density and hardness may be transformed into products of desired quality with computer controlled programs. In addition, it can respond to customer requests with three or four patterned varieties as well as uniform cutting with profile cutting technique. It also offers transportation and price advantages thanks to the products that do not take up much space due the vacuum technique in the packaging of the produced products.
