Spray Lamination system is one of the most superior lamination applications.

- There is no heat input during process; many types of fabric and foams such as polyethylene polyester, etc. are processed without heat effect as they are activated with heat; the product leaves the process without any changes and exposure to effects such as melting, etc. and without need for special additives resistant to heat.
It is the most superior method particularly for bra cup.
Advantages compared to flame lamination :
As is known, foams used in flame lamination are polyester foams. The flame lamination process is based on melting the surface of the foam and sticking the other product on it. In other words, a foam material with a thickness of 4 mm leaves the production with thickness of 3mm. Here, thickness loss occurs due to melting by 20%.üü
Cold Spray system, on the other hand, maintains the foam thickness after processing. No loss occurs. In addition, polyester foam, polyether etc. that are used in flame lamination are 15-20% more expensive than other foams.
The type of foam you use does not matter in cold spray system. We can easily use low-cost foams. There are 2 cold spray lines in our facility.
