In accordance with Article 10 of the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 ("KVKK"), we inform you about the personal data processed through our website and contact channels.

If the required fields of the contact form are left empty we cannot receive your request; company name is optional. Please do not share special categories of personal data (health, religion, etc.) in your message.
3. How data is collected
Your data is collected electronically when you fill in the contact form, call us or write to us on WhatsApp; visit data is collected automatically through cookies, only if you consent.
4. Transfers
- Our hosting and email provider: Contact form messages are delivered as email to our company mailbox; the website and email are hosted on our hosting provider's servers.
- Google Ireland Limited / Google LLC: Visit data via Google Analytics and Google Ads, only if you consent to cookies. As Google's servers are located abroad, this transfer is based on your explicit consent under Art. 9 KVKK. If you choose to view the map on the contact page with the "Load map" button, your IP address is sent to Google.
- Competent public authorities: where there is a legal obligation.
Your personal data is not sold or transferred to third parties for marketing purposes.
5. Retention
Contact requests are kept after the request is concluded and, where applicable, after the end of the resulting business relationship for the periods required by the relevant legislation; they are then deleted, destroyed or anonymised. Cookie durations are listed in our Cookie Policy.
6. Your rights (Art. 11 KVKK)
By applying to us, you have the right to:
- learn whether your personal data is processed and request information about it,
- learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used accordingly,
- know the third parties in Turkey or abroad to whom it is transferred,
- request correction if it is incomplete or inaccurate,
- request its deletion or destruction under the conditions of Art. 7 KVKK,
- request that correction, deletion or destruction be notified to the third parties to whom it was transferred,
- object to a result against you arising exclusively from automated analysis,
- claim compensation for damage caused by unlawful processing.

7. How to apply
You can send your requests in writing to our address above, or from an email address registered with us to info@teknolamlaminasyon.com.tr, in accordance with the Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles of Application to the Data Controller. Your request will be concluded free of charge within 30 days at the latest.
